All our cat trees are packed NEW in Boxes and require assembly. Please note we DO NOT PROVIDE ASSEMBLY unless it is arranged before the delivery against an additional fee. We will do the assembly at your home, but you need to allow us sufficient time (1-2 hours if the cat tree is large)
