Cancellation Policy

I have changed my mind; can I cancel my order prior to delivery?

If you changed your mind before receiving your item, just email us ASAP to cancel your order and we will cancel it. Payment will be refunded in case payment is made by credit card or paypal or bank transfer.

Customer can cancel their order within 9 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
