Delivery - Dubai & Other Emirates

Kindly read carefully:

Terms & Conditions for same day delivery in Dubai:

(1) If you are located in Dubai and we received your order before 2pm - you will receive your order before 10pm

(2) All items in the order must have the "Same Day Delivery Label" - If any of the items in your order doesn't have the same day delivery label, your order will be added to our regular schedule of deliveries.

(3) You may pay online & we can keep your order on the door if you are not home, otherwise for cash and credit card machine payments, please note that delivery times are planned based on location and using the most efficient route possible in order to ensure speedy delivery to all customers. Based on traffic and schedule of the day, the driver will call and confirm around what time will be in your area for delivery. 

Regular Schedule of deliveries in Dubai - 6 days a week (Friday off):

We deliver the same day in the evening shift any order placed in Dubai available in our own stock, if your order is available, we will contact you to inform you that your delivery is expedited.

From Saturday to Wednesday: Orders received before 5.30pm are scheduled for delivery next day. Orders received after 5.30pm might take up to 2 days for delivery.

Orders received on Wednesday after 5.30pm will be delivered either on Thursday or Saturday, the soonest depending if the items are available in our own stock or if the items are coming from one of our suppliers with a strict cut-off time. 

Orders received on Thursday or Friday will be delivered either on Saturday or Sunday, the soonest depending on the availability of the items in our own stock or if the items are coming from one of our suppliers with a strict cut-off time. 

Delivery to other Emirates: Next day & up to 3 working days, depending on the time we receive the order and availability in our own stock.

Retail Shop: Open Saturday -Thursday from11am to 8pm.
