How can I know if my order is confirmed & pay for it?

We will check your order when we receive it and see if it is in line with the Terms & Conditions of this offer – once checked by our team, you will receive an email/ or a WhatsApp with payment details - after the order is paid it will take from 1 to 3 days for the order to be delivered.


I placed on order but it was cancelled – Why?

Orders can be cancelled for different reasons before you make the payment, either the items became out of stock or you chose a payment method that we cannot accept along with this offer, or you added freebies or samples that are offered on fully priced orders. Please note we will not cancel orders that you already paid for.


I have some questions about delivery date and the products – can I liaise with you?

You may send an email or whatsapp however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to answer you before the offer ends. At this time, our team is busy & we can answer queries only when we get a chance.


I am a regular client & I would like to add a Freebie or use my discount along with the offer, may I?

We apologise from you, terms & conditions must be followed and we cannot make any exception.


How long it will take to receive my order purchased from the 24 Hours Sale Collection?

After the payment is made, it will take from 1 to 3 days to deliver your order depending on your location and our schedule.


I need my order urgent? Can I pay extra and get it delivered ASAP?

We apologise as urgent deliveries are not possible during Ramadan or when we have a 24 Hours sale.


I don't want to pay for the products until I see them, can you bring the products to my door so i can see them first and if possible check is the size is correct on my pet?

This is not possible, for hygiene reasons we cannot allow trial on items such as beds, collars, cat trees etc.. before you buy them - Our advice is not to purchase from shops that allow trying products such as beds, harnesses, collars etc.. as you and your pet can catch any form of disease. Due to Covid19 most suppliers will not allow any exchange or refund on any product whether under sale or not.
