By fine emulsification, the active substances dissolved in the fat are dissolved in microscopic particles (90% = 1.5 µm). With the help of a special natural emulsifier, the substances dissolved in water bind to the fat droplet so that a microemulsion is obtained, whose active substances, like those in colostrum, pass directly through the wall of the small intestine and lymph.
